OPENING HOURS

The T5 space is open for members on:

Weekdays 06:00 - 00:00
Saturdays/Sundays 08:00 - 20:00.

Guests of members or first-time visitors with a signed contract can visit T5 when it’s staffed Monday to Friday between 09:00-17:00

ACCESS

T5 uses the Exista access system, and you get access as a member to enter the T5 space. Access is for your private use only. You’re now allowed to let anyone into the T5 space unless you bring a personal guest or are part of a group returning to T5 together. All members must use their own Exista tag to enter. It’s prohibited to hold the front door open for anyone – even if you believe they’re a member. If you meet a guest on your way in, ask them to wait inside the entrance. Then, message the Community Coordinator by text or email to let them know someone is waiting.

GUESTS

Guests are welcome at T5 if they work with or visit you. You’re personally responsible for them during their visit to T5. Guests are allowed to sit with you in common areas for a maximum of 30 minutes. If they would like to stay to work in the space or use other T5 services, they must either purchase a day pass or sign up for a membership. As a member, you can give away some free day passes to guests. Coordinate this with our Community Coordinator – and they will help you share that. Before your guest arrives, notify the Community Coordinator via email – with the date of the visit, and first and last name of your guest(s), so we have a record of who’s been here.

SEATING

At T5, you have a variety of flexible seating options for you and your team. If you’re away from a spot for more than 30 minutes, please move your belongings from your seat, so someone else can use it.

STORAGE

T5 has lockable private cabinets available for rent, where you can store your belongings. Just be mindful not to forget a smelly lunch box or wet towels – you know, common sense. And do not store any disturbing or illegal things in your cabinet. If T5 believes something like that is left in your cabinet, we will contact you and – if necessary – open the cabinet to resolve the situation.

POST

Your post will be sorted daily and left for you to collect at the ”Café” which you’ll find by the entrance Please remember to mark your inbound post with your company name and contact person.

PRINTER

There is one printer at T5 that will help you print, scan and copy. Use the printer mindfully and within reason. If it’s your first time printing, the instructions for setting it up are by the printer and are easy to follow. You can ask the Community Coordinator for help if you run into trouble.

KITCHEN

In our open kitchen, there are two refrigerators, two freezers, and four microwaves for storing and heating food. All of the essentials for eating or drinking are in the kitchen cupboards – and are there for you to use. Sustainability is in our DNA, so we have designated a cabinet containing waste and recycling containers for (almost) everything. Each bin is labeled, so please help us out by throwing your trash in the appropriate spaces: plastic, cartons, PET bottles, glass, metal, batteries, etc.

T5 CREDITS

All services we offer at T5 are booked using your credits in the member app or web app. Your membership includes a certain number of monthly credits deposited in your account. The membership credits that aren’t used also expire every month, so be sure to use them up before your month is out. Check your membership agreement to see how many credits are included in your membership. You can purchase a credit package in the app if you run out and need more credits. Purchased credits have no expiry date and will stay in your account until you use them (or unless you cancel your membership). This allows you to tailor your membership to get what you need – when needed.

BOOKING ROOMS AND SERVICES

It’s easy to book the time you need in the meeting rooms using the member app. The number of credits it costs to book the room will be shown before you finish the booking. If you need to cancel a booking, do that at least 2 hours beforehand. If you cancel within two hours, the credits will be deducted and not refunded. When you’re finished with the room, please tidy up, remove any glasses or plates, and put chairs, blankets, pillows, and equipment back where they belong.

CLASSES

T5 hosts a wide variety of free and premium classes. Our class schedule is posted in advance on the member app, where you can sign up and book the ones that interest you. The credit price for our premium classes is clearly shown in the app – and starts at 1 credit. If you need to cancel a class (both free and premium), do that at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the credits will be deducted from your account.

NOISE LEVEL, DISTURBANCES, ETC.

We expect all our members to respect each other and use common sense. If someone is bothering you, please speak with that person before it becomes a problem. If someone is bothered by you, be open to listening to them and making sure you contribute to T5's safe and generous atmosphere.

KIDS

At T5, we advocate for a balanced work and family life. For this reason, we consider it natural for members to bring their children on rare occasions, such as when daycare/ school is closed or when family logistics are challenging for other reasons. This is permitted as long as the child/ children can entertain themselves and do not disturb the colleagues or members at T5.

DOGS

T5 welcomes dogs that are comfortable in an office environment and do not disturb other colleagues or members at T5. The dog must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times. Consideration should be given to members who are allergic to dogs, afraid of dogs or simply not fond of them. The dog owner and/ or the person bringing the dog are responsible for ensuring that it does not disrupt or cause damage to T5´s or other member's property. The owner must manage all dog-related waste (cleaned up/disposed of). If any issues arise with the dog that disrupts the work environment or cause discomfort to others, the owner may be asked to take the dog home. T5 reserves the right to change the rules for bringing dogs at any time, if necessary, without providing a reason.
